Tirana Center of Technology’s instructors are also the founders of this Training Center. Instructors, the ones who have studied in the United States of America and in the United Kingdom, took upon themselves to create a non-profit organization that is focusing on the training of the Albanian youth in a way to allow them to compete with other students globally.<\/p>\n

Instructors at TCT are focused on the quality and clarity of the information that they are sharing with their students. This information doesn’t come from the plentiful manuals of boring information and long explanations regarding the technology that they are teaching, but it comes from their personal experience, allowing them to personalize it for each student. The western spirit that brings us instructors will allow students to easily involved in the lesson and to have fun with the other students.<\/p>\n

Instructors aim, through concrete examples, that their students will not fall behind in the information so that they don’t become disinterested in what they are learning. Through explaining to the students the overall structure of the concepts, and how each piece of information fits in, they can learn to better \u00a0to achieve their goals in their learning process.<\/p>\n

Students at TCT are witnesses of enthusiasm in the teachings, in the process of learning and in the simplicity of the learning. The level of communication and help that is given among the students is on a parallel level of that given by the instructors, showing the students’ huge desire to learn.<\/p>\n

The experience and \u00a0integrity of the instructors are some of the most precious assets of our Center.<\/p>\n

Eng. Gentjan Mejdani \u2013 Computer Engineering, San Jose State University, California, USA (Co Founder & Instructor)<\/h3>\n

Expertise: Cyber Security, CCNA, CCNP, Computer Networking & Architecture<\/p>\n

Beginning in IT, Genti became part of one of the biggest companies in California for diagnostics, repair and networking, from which he achieved an education without parallel. After having received his advanced certificate and training in IT, specifically Networking and international standards. For several years Genti has worked leading large subjects. In Genti, we find an energetic person and a leader both in professional circles and in social circles.<\/p>\n

Eng. Rezart Alija \u2013 Computer Engineering, University of Dayton, Ohio, USA (Co Founder & Instructor)<\/h3>\n

Expertise: Software Solution, Database Architect & Developer<\/p>\n

He began in Ohio, learning C++ embedded programming. After this, he began working\u00a0with Web development (asp.net) and database development on Microsoft platforms. He worked on large-scale projects in Boston as well as a contractor for foreign projects in Tirana. Rezart obtained his MSc in economics in 2013 and now works as a team leader for programming and database.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

Eng. Taulant N. \u2013 Network Administrator<\/h3>\n

Expertise:\u00a0Network Administrator, Linux Administrator<\/p>\n

Taulant began training at TCT from its opening day. Taulant Ngjelo is one of the cornerstones of this Center, and is one of the most knowledgeable of the students. Taulant has trained at TCT more than any other instructor and deserves the greatest praise for this. He is an erreplaceable asset at TCT and is a wonderful friend to all of the TCT staff.<\/p>\n

Ervis Sh. \u2013 Brains of TCT, Software Developer<\/h3>\n

Expertise:\u00a0C++ and JAVA programming<\/p>\n

Ervis is one of our best at TCT in the programming field. He has studied in Belgium where he learned the beginnings of becoming a programmer. Ervis’ nickname that we’ve given him at TCT is WIKIPEDIA. We are proud to have Ervis in our family.<\/p>\n

Ardi G. \u2013 The cornerstone – Network Administrator\/IT expert<\/h3>\n

Expertise: Computer Networking, Network Security<\/p>\n

Ardi is a senior IT expert willing and relentlessly training new generation in Cisco Certified Network Associate and more. Ardi is a reliable and hard working young man; every private or educational institution would be lucky to have him in their staff, and not only because of his technical skills but also for his soft skills, positive and tireless attitude towards all staff and students @TCT. We are happy that Ardi is part of our staff and a good friend.<\/p>\n

Tea G. \u2013 The reliable – Web Developer<\/h3>\n

Expertise: Web development, Angular, Team player<\/p>\n

Tea is a young lady that is recognized for her technical skills, proficient teacher and a pleasant friend. Tea is one of the most reliable trainers the training center ever worked with. She is very positive and has a ‘Yes’ attitude. A loyal and high integrity colleague and friend, a joy to be around.<\/p>\n

Kejdi E. \u2013 Simplifying JAVA- Web Developer<\/h3>\n

Expertise: Web development, Java back-end<\/p>\n

Kejdi, one of a kind, a decent man, training with a smile in his face. Kejdi simplifies the JAVA programming basic or enterprise due to his ability to put cumbersome concepts in simple words. The concept breakdown gives students the ability to learn difficult concepts with ease. Every students and staff love Kejdi.<\/p>\n

Kejdi M. \u2013 The Geek, IT expert<\/h3>\n

Expertise: Senior IT, Network Admin, Linux Admin…<\/p>\n

Kejdi was an IT enthusiast five years ago, now he is an IT PRO! If it is in the IT, Kejdi has a solution. Thanks to him we have many students continuing their IT inspiration and becoming professional.\u00a0 Kejdi teaches the foundations, and when needed also further training. Other than IT, Kejdi is a man with integrity, loyal and solid team player.<\/p>\n

Meg K. \u2013 Senior trainer & Web Developer – The Pro<\/h3>\n

Expertise: Web development, full-stack, expert<\/p>\n

Meg is a senior developer and trainer, she trains like a pro and students are very happy with her. Her students are excited and learning while being in good company. She is on of the training centers pillars and we are happy to have Meg with us in this journey.<\/p>\n

Ernit H. \u2013 The achiever – Senior Web Developer<\/h3>\n

Expertise: Web development, Java back-end<\/p>\n

Ernit is an awesome guy, a true and decent human being. Always positive and brilliant. He is an achiever, at the end of 9-week training his students can build software like they have been trained for twice the time. His classes are always a touch down. He converts!<\/p>\n

Indrit K. \u2013 Brilliant young man – Software Developer<\/h3>\n

Expertise: C++, C#, JAVA, SQL<\/p>\n

Participants of several nationwide competitions as well as world wide Google Projects.<\/p>\n

Indrit is a brilliant young man as a programmer as well as the new training ideas he brings at TCT. I recommend you don’t waste more of your time rubbing the Aladin’s lamp hoping one day you will become a programmer; but instead take a few courses with Indrit and your dream will become reality with a blink of your eyes. I assure you will not find an expert as brillian and as devoted trainer as Indrit.<\/p>\n

Ernida K. \u2013 Senior Software Developer – Senior Professional<\/h3>\n

Expertise: Web development, JAVA backend<\/p>\n

Ernida is a kind friend and a calm trainer. She is able to make anyone a programmer. Why? She is a procedural trainer and does not miss a beat. At the end of training her students have the best foundation laid out and can built upon to become independent at programming. She is a wonderful colleague, great friend and pro trainer.<\/p>\n

Eng. Joni S. \u2013 Senior Team Lead – Network Expert<\/h3>\n

Expertise: Cisco Switches, Routers, Firewall, Network Architecture<\/p>\n

Joni is one of the stars of Albania in the field of computer networking. He owns CCNA and CCNP certificates and is attending CCIE as well as working as a team leader in one of the largest IT companies in Tirana. Joni is great to have working with us for computer networks and has been a friend of the people at TCT.<\/p>\n

Eneas K. \u2013 Senior Expert – Windows Server<\/h3>\n

Expertise: Windows Server Administrator<\/p>\n

Eneas is a proficient server administrator and an experienced trainer. He is one of the best server administrators we have in Tirana and better than the IT expert is his personality. Great man, great friend, integrity loyal and a kind human being.<\/p>\n

Enias Q. \u2013 The confident – Senior Engineer<\/h3>\n

Expertise: Python data processing & web development<\/p>\n

Enias is a confident expert, training python like an expert from the first day on the duty. Enias is a reliable team player with a positive attitude, a wonderful colleague and friend. Enias can lead a class of 20 like no one else. Enias can make difficult programming look simple due to his ability to chop down the solution in smaller bits, an aspect of training few people have. We are happy to have Enias on board.<\/p>\n

Gesi K. \u2013 The strong – Senior Programmer & Architect<\/h3>\n

Expertise: ASP.NET Web Api C#, SQL<\/p>\n

Gesi is hands down one of the best ASP.NET web API programmers in Albania, even betting companies where 0.0001 % error is too much, trust Gesi and his solid skills and judgement on programing. Students trained by Gesi choose their own working place.<\/p>\n

Klajdi Z. \u2013 The formidable – Web Development<\/h3>\n

Expertise: Web development, full-stack<\/p>\n

Klajdi at his first training looked like he was training and running teams for years. A born problem solver and team leader. Klajdi can train A to Z web development, with different level of expertise and different framework. His presence is a treasure for friends, colleagues, companies and overall a person with integrity and decency.<\/p>\n

Kesjana Ll. \u2013 Web Master, web development<\/h3>\n

Expertise: Web Design, Google, SEO<\/p>\n

Kejsi is one of the few experts in Albania who has over five Google AdSense and Google Networking certifications. Kajsi trains TCT students on one of the things she does best: “Google AdSense & Analytics.” She organizes Google advertisements for various companies in Albania and prepares students to be ready for the job market.<\/p>\n

Francesko Sh. \u2013 The designer<\/h3>\n

Expertise: Graphic Design<\/p>\n

Francesko is a real expert in Graphic Design, he is a hard working young man, decent and a person of integrity and very much respected. Even though young, Francesko is an experienced instructor having trained over a dozen group of students on the Adobe software. Francesko follows procedures and the groups he has been training have become designers and enjoy their new career.<\/p>\n

Eng. Besmir Z. \u2013 CoFounder<\/h3>\n

Expertise: Linux & Windows Server Administration, Power Shell, ISO Standards, Networking<\/p>\n

Besmiri has had experience that would make everyone in IT fields in Albania jealous. He has worked in the largest companies in both Albania and Canada. His experience in the field of IT has promoted Besmir into leadership roles, various contracts in security and automatoin\/integration systems. Besmir has received several certificates:\u00a0ISO\/IEC 27001:2005 ISMS LEAD AUDITOR Information Security Manager according to ISO 27001 CIS \u2013 Information Security Manager Excel Partnership.<\/p>\n

Xheni L. \u2013 Web Designer & Team player<\/h3>\n

Expertise: Web Design, SEO, HTML, CSS, Office 365<\/p>\n

Xheni is an experienced web designer working on building website from scratch and by using the WordPress platform. She is a perfectionist at her work and everyone as TCT staff and as Web Design students recognizes her positive attitude, great friend, tireless with students. We hear the best words from all around about Xheni. She holds her weight and goes far and beyond what is required of her. We very much enjoy Xheni as colleague and friend.<\/p>\n

Ambra T. \u2013 A pretty eye<\/h3>\n

Expertise: Graphic Design<\/p>\n

Ambra is a wonderful person to be around, and how can she not. She is a designer. She has trained many groups of students with a big smile on her face. We are happy to have Ambra part of our staff. She works as a senior graphic designer at large corporate companies. She is a very kind and enthusistic young lady.<\/p>\n

Eng. Gejsi Sh. \u2013 Server Administrator<\/h3>\n

Expertise:\u00a0Windows Server Administration<\/p>\n

Gejsi has a lot of experience in Windows Server Administration, something that few experts can boast of. She has installed, configured and maintained a large number of Windows Servers all over Albania. Gejsi is welcome to give TCT training whenever she is free.<\/p>\n

Eng. Gerti K. \u2013 System Administrator<\/h3>\n

Expertise: Windows Server Administration, Email Server, Computer Networking<\/p>\n

Gerti, an expert in the field of Windows Server Administration and System Integration, works in one of the larest companies in Albania in the field of IT and consultancy. Gerti acquires and renews approximately 50 certicicates each year that he has received from Microsoft, Dell and other companies. Gerti is the contact point for many American companies in Albania.<\/p>\n

Eng. Stela D. \u2013 Software Engineer<\/h3>\n

Expertise: ASP.NET MVC C#, Javascript, JQUERY, MS SQL Database, Angular JS<\/p>\n

Stela is talented in most the most modern programming languages that are widely used in the world. Stela has over five years of work experience in the programming and database field through the programming that she has done and through building multi-layer and other difficult programs. Stela \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb trajnuese e zonja dhe TCT krenohet me t\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Eng. Antonin L. \u2013 PC & Network Specialist, Tirana Airport<\/h3>\n

Expertise: Computer Diagnostics & Repair, Team Lead, Network Specialist<\/p>\n

Antonin also began training from TCT’s opening day. Antonin Laca has trained endless hours, many young students, and also many people with very little experience in IT. His patience and gift in the conveyance of knowledge sets Antonin apart from many of the other people at the Center. Antonin is a great friend to TCT, and at any moment that he would return back to Albania, TCT would welcome him back to the team without delay. Hard Worker, Reliable & Team Player.<\/p>\n

Eng. Iva K. \u2013 Software Engineer<\/h3>\n

Expertise: JAVA, ASP.NET MVC C#, Javascript, Database<\/p>\n

Iva is a tireless instructor at TCT. She gives her most to every training session. Iva has had 3-5 years of work experience as a programmer in a private company and has lectured in higher education institutions such as Epoka University. Iva is a wonderful addition to the TCT team.<\/p>\n

Ada K. \u2013 Software Developer<\/h3>\n

Ada is a novelty at TCT. She stands out for her programming capabilities (She is an Ace!!), for linking concepts in an explanation to its practical and for being a great problem solver when it comes to mathematical problems because of her roots in a math-loving family. To sum up Ada, I would say: “She thinks in paragraphs, and not in sentences.”<\/p>\n

Sabri N. \u2013 Software Engineering<\/h3>\n

Expertise: Web Development & JAVA<\/p>\n

Sabri is one of the best programmers in the Albanian market. He has experience in Web development, database and JAVA programming, and now works as a senior programmer at JAVA Driver Development. In this job, he is often contracted by international companies who want individual contracts due to his knowledge and programming quality. Sabri has a bright future ahead of him!<\/p>\n
